Marge Gast graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness and obtained her Massage Therapy license in 2005. She wanted to be able to expand on her Cosmetology Arts and Sciences license (1991) in being able to help others feel better. She employs several techniques including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Stretching, Acupressure, Reflexology and energy work in the form of Reiki. She also studies Nutritional Wellness and educates clients in nutritional health. She attends continuing education seminars and classes regularly to further her knowledge base and keep up with advancements in the massage therapy field. She joined Absolute Health Group in 2009 while maintaining her skills in the beauty industry owning NuLooks Day Spa in Davenport, Ia. She enjoys the chance to help the others in achieving the best complimentary care as a part of the team at Absolute Health Group.
